Overview

This position is responsible for the implementation of new or updating of existing business systems and processes to drive improvements across one or more of the business teams within Revenue Operations.

In Short

  • Coordinate multiple stakeholders through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Produce detailed documentation including business requirements and process flows.
  • Translate business needs into requirements across multiple business systems.
  • Utilize tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams, and Excel.
  • Identify root causes and propose system solutions.
  • Guide businesses in forming workarounds or alternatives.
  • Lead working sessions and facilitate interactions between teams.
  • Maintain documentation of data/process dependencies.
  • Communicate proactively around deadlines and roadblocks.
  • Support IT in conducting detailed investigations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or applicable work experience.
  • 1+ years’ experience in a relevant role.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas simply.
