Overview

The Data Engineer 3 will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve data systems and services at NBCUniversal, a leading media and entertainment company. This role involves collaboration with engineers and product managers to understand data needs and participate in Agile ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience with Java, Scala, or Python.
• Knowledge of Data Warehousing and data modeling.
• Experience with distributed data storage and processing (Spark, EMR, Hadoop, Hive).
• Familiarity with AWS data management tools (S3, Redshift, DynamoDB).
• Experience in Agile/scrum environments.
• Familiarity with ETL tools like Talend or Informatica.
