Manager, Software Engineering (OTC & CAPM) - Remote

Overview

This Manager position will oversee the implementation, management, and optimization of SAP BTP solutions, leading teams to design and deploy cloud-based applications aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• 7+ years of SAP integration experience, including 4+ years as a Team Lead.
• Experience managing large development teams in SAP BTP.
• Deep knowledge of software development life cycle and release management.
• Strong development skills in SAP BTP and troubleshooting capabilities.
• Familiarity with cloud transport management and system monitoring.
• Relevant education in Computer Science or related fields.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience in transformation projects from SAP ECC to S/4 HANA.
• Knowledge of AEM, API management, and Cloud ALM is a plus.
• Ability to be flexible and agile in a team environment.
