Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• At least 3 years in a leadership role managing engineering teams.
• Experience in agile methodologies and DevOps best practices.
• Strong background in technical leadership and architectural decision-making.
• Communication skills to collaborate across departments.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS platforms is a plus.
• Track record of driving technical innovation.
