Requirements

• 5+ years of experience developing complex software products.
• 3+ years of experience managing and mentoring software engineers.
• Experience with software development methodologies like scrum and kanban.
• Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to grasp new software architecture and technology quickly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Accountability for timely quality delivery.
• Ability to operate independently and make decisions.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders.
• Effectively drive teamwork across teams.
