Clinical Intern - Remote

Overview

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Clinical Intern to join our team! The Clinical Intern will be a key contributor to the success of our Clinical Engagement Center focused on improving member’s health and wellness via tele-pharmacy and wellness coaching. Under the supervision of a clinician, this individual is responsible for the delivery of the Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services for commercial and Medicare members.

In Short

• Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and expanded clinical programs.
• Develop appropriate clinical algorithms and call scripts.
• Review and update clinical guidelines.
• Collaborate with staff to maintain MTM product quality.
• Assist in STAR ratings outreach programs.
• Provide clinical outreach to enhance care coordination.
• Adhere to compliance and HIPAA regulations.
• Participate in diversity and inclusion objectives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Education: In DPH-2 or DPH-3 year. CPhT Preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Experience with Microsoft Office preferred.
• No specific experience required; preference for relevant work experience.
• Ability to interact cooperatively with employees.
