Intern, Clinical Data Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Data Coordinator will participate in various clinical data management activities required to ensure that data captured in clinical trials undertaken, or managed by Indero, are collected, managed and reported clearly, accurately and securely. In addition, this position is required to conduct all these activities in conformance with applicable regulatory requirements, industry guidelines, and Indero standard operating procedures (SOPs) while respecting Indero’s commitment to sponsor’s requirements and timelines.

In Short

• Provides general data management support to the project team, sponsor and external vendors.
• Supports Lead Data Manager in data review, reconciliation, and discrepancy management.
• Maintains study metrics and monitors study status.
• Generates ad-hoc study reports.
• Assists with user maintenance and user acceptance testing.
• Assists in designing databases and creating data management plans.
• Ensures data management documentation is complete and up-to-date.
• Works collaboratively in a team environment.
• Communicates effectively in English; French is an asset.
• Demonstrates strong analytical and organizational skills.

Requirements

• B.Sc. or related field.
• 1 year of clinical data management experience is an asset.
• Experience with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Medrio).
• Knowledge of CDASH/SDTM is an asset.
• Skilled in computer technology and learning new applications.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the drug development process and applicable regulations.
