Overview

The Capture Manager at Nava will oversee the contract capture process, ensuring successful proposals for IT digital transformation projects aimed at modernizing government services for vulnerable populations.

In Short

• Manage the contract capture process from pre-RFP strategy to award.
• Work with the Business Development Team to build a portfolio of IT transformation work.
• Perform full life-cycle capture including strategic positioning and client outreach.
• Contribute to bid/no bid decisions and develop winning proposals.
• Engage engineers and subject matter experts to refine technical solutions.
• Build comprehensive account and capture plans for targeted agencies.
• Provide insights to support Nava's mission and business growth.

Requirements

• 6-9 years of Business Development experience preferred.
• Experience in the GovCon IT industry and federal contracting.
• Knowledge of federal proposal processes and terminology.
• Strong writing, editing, and communication skills in English.
• Familiarity with Agile, Human Centered Design, and Cloud technologies.
• Experience working with Veterans Affairs is a plus.
