The Finance Manager / Finance Allrounder at Naturida will ensure that all financial processes are clean, transparent, and future-proof, contributing to the growth of the company.

In Short

• Manage accounting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Plan and coordinate payments considering liquidity and cash flow.
• Prepare data for tax advisors from systems like AccountOne, Shopify, and Amazon.
• Handle VAT and OSS declarations for various countries.
• Monitor payment flows from Shopify, Amazon, and payment service providers.
• Ensure smooth operation of interfaces and data imports.
• Collaborate with operations, IT, and tax advisors to optimize processes.
• 2-4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or taxation in the E-Commerce/D2C sector.
• Proficient with finance tools like Lexoffice, DATEV, or similar.
• Fluent in German and English.
