Overview

We are looking for a Finance & Admin Specialist who can manage our finance and admin processes with structure, accuracy, and foresight as part of a young, growing E-Commerce company based in Berlin.

In Short

• Coordinate preparatory accounting and serve as the central interface to our tax advisors.
• Review incoming and outgoing invoices for completeness and compliance.
• Support in OSS reports and advance VAT returns.
• Monitor open items and manage payment runs.
• Responsible for accounting related to international goods traffic.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closings.
• Propose and implement solutions for process optimization.
• Organize digital financial correspondence and manage important documents.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or a degree in economics with a focus on finance or accounting.
• Experience in preparatory accounting and working with tax advisors.
• Strong understanding of VAT issues in E-Commerce.
• Proficient with digital accounting tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience in international goods traffic is a plus.
• Structured, independent work style with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills for professional interaction with teams and partners.
