Finance & Admin Specialist - Part-time / Full-time / E-Commerce / Remote

Overview

We are looking for a Finance & Admin Specialist who can efficiently manage our finance and administrative processes as we continue to grow internationally.

In Short

• Responsible for preparatory accounting and act as a liaison to our tax offices
• Review invoices, monitor open items, and manage payment runs
• Contribute to cost controlling and help us become more efficient
• Ensure smooth operations in international goods traffic, both customs and accounting
• Proactively optimize processes when improvements are identified
• Handle our correspondence and mail digitally
• Support with important documents and organizational tasks

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in accounting, back-office management, or a similar position
• Experience in accounting, ideally in the e-commerce environment
• Ability to work well in a team, show initiative, and have a quick understanding
• Quickly adapt to new problems and strive for efficient solutions
• Knowledge of DATEV (Companies Online) is an advantage
