Supply Chain & Logistics Manager - Remote

Overview

We at Naturida develop and sell our own E-Commerce brands in the areas of Beauty, Wellness, and Health. Our goal is to create products that benefit people – sustainably, of high quality, and with real effects.

To ensure everything runs smoothly from idea to delivery, we are looking for you as a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager.

You will be the interface between production, fulfillment, and our team – ensuring that our brands can scale without losing quality or efficiency.

In Short

• You will take responsibility for our entire supply chain – from production to shipping to customers.
• You will manage our producers, suppliers, and fulfillment partners to ensure smooth operations.
• You will keep an eye on inventory, demand planning, and replenishment processes and optimize where necessary.
• You will develop and implement processes and systems that keep pace with our growth.
• You will monitor and analyze relevant KPIs including reporting.

Requirements

• You have several years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management, ideally in the E-Commerce or D2C environment.
• You love structuring and optimizing processes.
• You work independently, organized, and solution-oriented – and keep track even with many moving parts.
• You have a good technical understanding of tools and systems (ERP, fulfillment software, inventory management, etc.).
• You share our enthusiasm for sustainable products, beauty & wellness.
• You speak fluent German and English.
