Overview

The Account Level Representative Level III provides leadership, direction, and support for delivering world class results while providing efficiency and effectiveness for the Coding / Health Information Management operations within the Revenue Cycle function of the National Spine and Pain Centers.

In Short

  • Provide leadership and support for Coding / Health Information Management operations.
  • Manage billing, collections, A/R resolution, and cash flow.
  • Focus on maximizing patient experience and revenue.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues in accounts receivable.
  • Work closely with various operational areas within the organization.
  • Establish operational parameters in conjunction with senior management.
  • Develop and implement departmental budgets and policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive patient and financial data.
  • Foster teamwork and positive relationships across departments.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and industry engagement.

Requirements

  • Five years of relevant experience preferred; Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or management desirable.
  • Health Care Certification (CHAM, CHAA, FHFMA) considered a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of professional fee revenue cycle or healthcare finance preferred.
  • Experience with payors, providers, hospitals, and physicians.
  • Previous healthcare experience in revenue cycle operations preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with computerized applications required.
  • Experience in mentoring and coaching staff preferred.
