Overview

The Account Level Representative Level I provides leadership, direction, and support for delivering world class results while providing efficiency and effectiveness for the Revenue Cycle operations within the Revenue Cycle function of National Spine and Pain Centers.

In Short

  • Provide leadership and support for Revenue Cycle operations.
  • Work closely with operational areas to maximize revenue.
  • Manage accounts receivable and cash flow.
  • Identify and resolve operational issues.
  • Focus on improving patient experience and satisfaction.
  • Strategically re-engineer revenue processes.
  • Exhibit behaviors consistent with organizational values.
  • Span of control includes patient demographics and registration.
  • Handle revenue leakage and denial resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • Two years of relevant experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or management desirable.
  • Health Care Certification is a plus.
  • Extensive knowledge of revenue cycle and healthcare finance preferred.
  • Experience with payors and providers is preferred.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills required.
  • Familiarity with computerized applications essential.
  • Previous healthcare experience in revenue cycle operations preferred.
  • Experience in mentoring or coaching staff is preferred.
  • Knowledge in financial systems and healthcare applications preferred.
