An Internal Call Center Loan Officer is responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, educating borrowers, and structuring loan options in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Active NMLS license (state required).
• Experience with dialer systems and high-volume outbound leads.

• Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven sales environment.
• On-site role required for less experienced LOs (1–3 years).
• Hybrid or remote may be considered for experienced LOs (4+ years).
• Must reside within commuting distance of call centers.
