Remote DE Underwriter (FHA)

Overview

We’re partnering with a reputable lender looking to add an experienced DE Underwriter to their team. This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be located outside of California and available to work standard Eastern Time business hours.

In Short

• Fully remote DE Underwriter position.
• Must reside in a U.S. state other than California.
• Experience with FHA loans and 203K renovation loans required.
• Active DE CHUMS ID necessary.
• Full-time schedule in Eastern Standard Time (EST).
• Review and underwrite FHA and renovation loan files.
• Analyze credit, income, assets, and collateral documentation.
• Ensure compliance with agency and investor guidelines.
• Communicate with internal teams for smooth closing processes.
• Stay updated on HUD/FHA guideline changes.

Requirements

• Must have actively underwritten FHA loans in the last 11 months.
• Active DE CHUMS ID.
• Experience with 203K renovation loans.
• Must reside in a U.S. state other than California.
• Availability for a full-time EST schedule.
