Overview

The Community & Enrollment Manager is a key connector between National Math Camps and the families we serve, driving awareness of our programs and managing the admissions process to ensure families feel informed and excited.

In Short

• Drive enrollment and brand awareness through outreach tactics.
• Develop relationships with schools and partner programs.
• Engage families year-round and manage the admissions pipeline.
• Provide customer service as the main contact for families.
• Oversee pre-camp communications and process improvements.
• Support Camper Support Directors and manage camper support.
• Travel to conferences to expand the organization’s reach.
• Spend significant time at camp sites during the summer.
• Adapt and collaborate as the organization evolves.
• Work with a mission-driven team dedicated to impactful education.

Requirements

• Experience in admissions, outreach, or family engagement.
• Understanding of gifted education and needs of gifted students.
• Process management experience with technology tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Passion for math education and supporting extraordinary students.
• Empathetic, detail-oriented, and reliable.
