Overview

This is a full-time, fully remote position guiding the transition of retirement plans from Business Development to operations, establishing operational relationships with retirement plan sponsors, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws.

  • Regular working hours: 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday.
  • Managing documentation and regulatory paperwork.
  • Auditing individual plan designs for efficiency.
  • Maintaining communication with onboarding clients.
  • Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Requires attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow established processes.

  • Must maintain industry certifications.
  • Technical aptitude for remote work support.
  • Retirement industry experience preferred.
  • Seated work position for most of the time.
