Overview

This is a full-time, fully remote position at the NBS service center, focusing on providing excellent customer service and support.

In Short

  • Full-time remote position, Monday through Friday.
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and chat.
  • Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with clients.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for productivity.
  • Review and upload reimbursement claims efficiently.
  • Adjudicate claims occasionally.
  • Complete additional projects as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
  • Strong typing and 10-key skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Strong writing skills with a focus on proper spelling and grammar.
  • Highly motivated with a positive attitude.
  • Reliable and able to work quickly and accurately.
  • Ability to work well within a team.
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience required.
