Overview

The Software Quality Engineer for Production Bioinformatics Pipelines is responsible for complete end-to-end verification of Natera software systems and services using both manual and automated test strategies.

• Perform software verification and execute test cases for quality assurance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in developing test automation frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Java and bioinformatics algorithms.
• Experience with TestNG, Junit, and REST API testing.
• Ability to write verification plans and manage test cases.
• Familiarity with SQL queries is a plus.
