Senior Director, Enterprise Business Applications - Remote

Overview

Natera is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Senior Director, Enterprise Business Applications to lead the vision, strategy, optimization, and ongoing support of our Enterprise Business applications, including Oracle ERP, Salesforce CRM, Atlassian Suite, Clinical Trials Management Systems, etc. Reporting to the Chief Information Officer, this pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring our application platform effectively supports Natera's current and future business needs across all functional areas.

• Develop and execute a comprehensive ERP and CRM strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead the development and maintenance of a multi-year roadmap for Oracle and Salesforce.
• Drive AI and RPA innovation within the organization.
• Oversee implementation projects and system upgrades.
• Continuously monitor and optimize ERP and CRM system performance.
• Collaborate with business leaders to align processes with system capabilities.
• Establish data governance policies for accuracy and security.
• Manage integrations between systems and other applications.
• Build and mentor a high-performing team of application professionals.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of experience managing Oracle ERP and Salesforce systems.
• Deep understanding of Oracle ERP modules and Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud.
• Proven track record of leading complex implementations and upgrades.
• Strong project management skills for large-scale projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in building and leading teams.
• Knowledge of data governance principles and compliance requirements.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP and other enterprise applications is a plus.
