Regional Director, Oncology – Lymphoma - Remote

Overview

The Regional Director, Oncology – Lymphoma is responsible for building and leading a team of Clinical Oncology Specialists dedicated to the Lymphoma market within a defined territory. This role focuses on driving sales of Natera’s Signatera MRD cancer test to Hematologists/Oncologists, Pathologists, and other key stakeholders involved in Lymphoma patient care.

• Hire, coach, and lead a team of sales professionals.
• Educate and recruit Key Opinion Leaders in Lymphoma treatment.
• Become an expert in Natera’s technology and service offerings.
• Develop business plans based on sales goals and resources.
• Provide constructive feedback to sales professionals.
• Plan and implement territory alignment for maximum ROI.
• Support sales professionals with guidance and career development.
• Establish positive relationships with key customer segments.
• Complete required training related to HIPAA/PHI privacy.
• Support Signatera and other oncology offerings as needed.

Requirements

• BA in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Background in B2B sales, medical or biological sciences.
• 5+ years of sales leadership experience in oncology.
• 5+ years of successful sales and management experience.
