The Head of ServiceNow Enterprise Applications is a strategic technology leader responsible for owning, evolving, and scaling Nasstar’s ServiceNow platform as a core enterprise application. This role ensures the platform delivers measurable business value, supports company-wide transformation, and remains robust, secure, and future‑ready.

Requirements

• ServiceNow CSA certification.
• ITIL experience or ITIL Foundation certification.
• 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Experience leading ServiceNow teams.
• Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively.
• Deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture.
• Growth mindset and ability to learn new skills.
• Experience in Agile methodologies.
• Certified Agile Practitioner is an advantage.
