Requirements

• Proven experience in full-stack development or backend/frontend specializations.
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as Java, .NET, Node.js, Python, React, Angular, SQL, NoSQL, AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Strong understanding of system architecture and microservices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong people management and leadership capabilities.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Certification in Agile or Project Management preferred.
• Exposure to DevOps tools and processes.
• Prior experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
