Senior Analyst, Affiliate Marketing - Remote

Overview

We’re looking for a performance-driven, growth-focused Performance Marketing Specialist focusing on affiliate marketing to own the strategy, execution, and optimization of Affiliate campaigns for our e-commerce business.

In Short

• Launch, manage, QA, and continuously optimize performance campaigns, with an emphasis on Affiliate networks.
• Develop commission structures to balance partner incentives in line with profitability goals.
• Analyze partner performance using reporting and internal analytics tools.
• Manage and refine product feed listability for Affiliate networks.
• Partner with creative and marketing teams to ensure content is optimized for performance.
• Stay ahead of trends in paid media and e-commerce ad tech.
• Monitor, report on, and analyze performance using platform tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid campaigns in an e-commerce environment.
• Deep platform expertise across Affiliate networks.
• Experience with Google, Meta, and Microsoft Ads is a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and performance analytics tools.
• Proven success managing campaigns to CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate goals.
• Collaborative team player with strong project management skills.
• Strategic thinker with a passion for testing and optimizing.
• Amenable to work 3am-12pm, Monday to Friday.
