Overview

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analyst - Affiliates with the analytical skills and business knowledge to play an integral role within the marketing organization, who is looking to join a fast-growing world-class team dedicated to providing the highest quality data-driven insights.

In Short

• Network Affiliates: Channel and partner analysis – identify opportunities for the channel, build trigger reports, channel & partner campaign/placements analysis.
• Designing and implementing testing or modelling frameworks to measure the incremental value of affiliate marketing partnerships.
• Provide timely insights and analytical support to different internal stakeholders.
• Proactively seek out opportunities hidden in our or industry data.
• Identify key success indicators and determine best practices for measurement and reporting.
• Assist with ad hoc queries and provide analytical support.
• Be the go-to person for network affiliates' insights.
• Develop exceptional relationships with stakeholders to ensure all workstreams are delivered to strategic needs.
• Understand strategic roadmaps and actively influence these.
• Create concepts and justify business cases analyses to improve customer engagement.

Requirements

• 5-8 years of experience in marketing analytics.
• Bachelor's Degree in an analytical field; Master’s Degree a plus.
• Self-motivated problem solver who thinks both strategically and analytically.
• Strong organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Expertise in marketing effectiveness measurement.
• Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, Excel, R/Python.
• Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in data visualization tools.
• Confident with learning new tools and technologies.
