Overview

Nagarro is seeking a Proposal & Project Management Coordinator to manage RFP/RFI processes and enhance project management tools in a dynamic and non-hierarchical environment.

In Short

• Manage and coordinate RFP/RFI processes, including proposal structure and timelines.
• Develop and maintain project management standards and templates.
• Implement and enhance SAP Cloud ALM and other project management tools.
• Serve as a communication and reporting interface for internal stakeholders.
• Support customer projects through scalable PMO services.
• Organize and facilitate virtual meetings and workshops.
• Ensure compliance and documentation via centralized collaboration platforms.

Requirements

• Completed university degree in Business Informatics or related field.
• Experience in project or bid management in an international environment.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies like PMI or PRINCE2.
• Experience with SAP Cloud ALM and collaboration platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Proactive mindset and structured working style.
