Overview

The position is for a Senior/Lead Consultant in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Talent Management, focusing on customer projects and implementation strategies.

In Short

• Conduct and support customer projects in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
• Analyze customer situations and develop implementation strategies.
• Support all project phases from workshops to post-Go-Live support.
• Conduct customer workshops and user training independently.
• Assist in presales activities like system demos and proposal preparation.
• Take responsibility for the Performance & Goals module and drive team development.
• As a Senior Consultant, lead (sub-)projects on-site with clients.

Requirements

• Completed university degree and several years of relevant experience.
• Current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
• Knowledge of business and IT processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with project management and consulting methods.
• Solution-oriented thinking and strong methodological skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
