Overview

The SAP SuccessFactors Senior/Lead Consultant will implement and support customer projects in the area of Performance & Goals, providing strategic analysis and project management throughout the project lifecycle.

• Implementation and support of SAP SuccessFactors projects.

• Conduct customer workshops and user training.

Requirements

• University degree and relevant professional experience.
• Current certification in SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals.
• Knowledge of business and IT processes in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with project management methodologies.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Solution-oriented thinking and methodological competence.
