Overview

The SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Senior Consultant will support clients through consulting, design, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors, managing projects and leading teams.

In Short

• Support clients with consulting, design, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors.
• Manage SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects including resource and time planning.
• Take a consulting and leadership role in projects, steering project teams independently.
• Design HRIT landscapes with clients and serve as the primary contact for HR-related questions.
• Contribute to the expansion of the Employee Central business area and assist in acquiring new clients and projects.
• Guide junior team members in their development paths.
• Support clients in operational operations, from conception to implementation, release management, and ongoing optimizations.

Requirements

• Proven experience with multiple SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central projects from initiation to go-live.
• Employee Central certification is required.
• Additional SuccessFactors module certifications are desirable.
• Ability to lead projects independently and manage project teams efficiently.
• Strong service orientation and excellent communication skills with clients.
• Team player with responsibility, goal-oriented, and resilient work style.
• Willingness to travel.
• Very good German language skills.
• Good English language skills in both written and spoken form.
