Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Enterprise Customer Success Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our key accounts, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Nabla.

In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise accounts.
  • Lead the onboarding process for new customers.

  • 5+ years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of the healthcare industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn and understand complex technical products.
  • Experience with EHR integration is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
