In Short

• Your main goal will be to drive and execute strategic and operational Finance projects that shape how n8n scales.
• Support the VP Finance with managing special projects like ERP implementations and fundraising.
• Prepare and execute equity financing rounds and M&A analyses.
• Lead initiatives to improve efficiency and transparency in Finance operations.
• Take ownership of key Finance functions such as billing and cash management.
• Build and refine processes for better collaboration across teams.
• Act as a connector between Finance and other teams.
• Ensure transparent communication through board prep and investor updates.
• Support creation of key materials like monthly reports.
• Join a team that values autonomy, precision, and a builder mindset.

Requirements

• 5+ years in Finance roles, with 3 in transaction services or consulting.
• Experience in fundraising rounds and M&A transactions.
• Advanced financial modelling skills.
• Experience in process transformation in scaling environments.
• Ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects independently.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• SaaS metrics expertise is a plus.
• Experience with ERP or billing platforms is a plus.
• Curiosity about automation tools is a plus.
