Overview

As the VP of Sales, you will lead the sales team at MyTime, a company providing an Enterprise SAAS product for multi-location chains and franchises in various sectors. You will be responsible for building and optimizing the sales strategy to drive revenue growth.

  • Oversee sales metrics and translate insights into improvements.
  • Assist with complex sales negotiations and high-profile accounts.
  • Design compensation and incentive programs for the sales team.
  • Foster a winning culture within the sales organization.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of sales experience in a SaaS environment.
  • 3-10 years of sales leadership experience.
  • Experience executing a sales playbook for high-value customers.
  • Strong preference for experience in scaling organizations to $20+M ARR.
  • Extensive sales operations experience.
  • Ability to build vision and implement solutions for clients.
  • Strong experience with CRM and Marketing Automation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
