In Short

  • Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction with our services.
  • Coordinate regular client check-ins to proactively address needs and identify opportunities for increased engagement.
  • Facilitate smooth renewals of client contracts by ensuring value realization and ROI from our event services.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that align with client goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions.
  • Identify growth opportunities within existing client accounts to promote client retention and business expansion.
  • Gather client feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our service offerings.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management or client success roles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on client outcomes.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer success tools.
  • Aptitude for working independently in a remote environment while being an effective team player.
