Senior Inventory Planner - Remote

Overview

The Senior Inventory Planner is responsible for optimizing inventory levels across MyEyeDr. offices and the Distribution Center to support sales, margin, and turn goals while delivering a seamless patient experience.

• Monitor Office Inventory levels and manage placement of replenishment orders.
• Partner with distribution center to place stock orders.
• Manage placement of new release orders and updates.
• Forecast and manage the procurement spend.
• Track orders to meet Vendor open-to-buy criteria.
• Maintain proper inventory levels to support sales goals.
• Work with distribution center on vendor returns.
• Lead initiatives to streamline workflows.
• Collaborate on new office setups.
• Manage vendor communications and sales reporting.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in demand or merchandise planning.
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
• Ability to leverage AI tools for workflow improvements.
• Strong collaboration skills.
• Organizational skills and ability to prioritize.
• Data-driven individual with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Optical experience is a plus.
