In Short

• Build, maintain, and improve procedures and tools for SKU-level inventory plans.
• Implement an open-to-buy strategy for inventory management.
• Analyze historical sales trends and develop statistical forecast models.
• Collaborate on projections for new product launches and marketing features.
• Provide monthly forecasts to optimize raw materials and production costs.

Requirements

• BA/BS or higher degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years in inventory planning experience.
• DTC/Consumer Good experience (Home Goods a plus).
• Strong statistical skills and analytical thinking.
• Working knowledge of retail math and inventory planning concepts.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Experience in SQL preferred, Python a plus.
• Proficient in data manipulation and management.
• Experience with ecom platforms and BI tools.
• Team player with effective cross-functional relationship skills.
