  • Close high-impact endorsement deals that give brands the Mumsnet seal of approval.
  • Work to ambitious revenue targets — building a pipeline that delivers consistent, scalable growth.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools for lead generation, outreach personalisation, and CRM automation.
  • Act as a trusted commercial partner, helping brands maximise the value of their Mumsnet endorsement.
  • Manage all licensing contracts and brand usage guidelines.
  • Create and maintain strong sales collateral: case studies, pricing decks, and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with editorial and marketing teams to align endorsement strategy with wider brand initiatives.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales, particularly in media or endorsements.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with brands and PR agencies.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Experience using AI tools for sales and lead generation.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Growth mindset and willingness to learn from challenges.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects.
