Overview

As the Operational Risk Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing our proactive approach to operational risk management as we scale our fintech operations.

• Maintain an up-to-date Operational Risk Register.
• Lead the development and review of Business Continuity Plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in risk management or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Risk Management or related roles.
• Advanced knowledge of risk frameworks like COSO and ISO 31000.
• Experience in Business Continuity Planning and ESG risk assessment.
• Strong analytical skills for risk reporting and analysis.
• Intermediate understanding of regulatory compliance in fintech.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail in risk reporting.
