Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a remote customer support role.
• Experience working 2nd or 3rd shift.
• Proficient with Zendesk or similar systems.
• Bilingual: Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
