Overview

The Growth and Development Worker will focus on opening new provisions and supporting existing ones to reduce waiting lists within specific funding areas, working with volunteers and cadets to enhance their experience.

Focus on growth and recruitment within the Sea Cadets
Deliver training sessions on recruitment strategies
Develop new growth tools and ideas
Assist in managing social media accounts
Empower volunteers to develop growth plans
Plan and set up new Junior Sections
Support outreach projects
