Overview

The Growth and Development Worker will focus on opening new provisions and supporting existing ones to reduce waiting lists, working with volunteers and cadets to enhance their experience and opportunities.

Full time role at 35 hours per week
Fixed term contract until 31 March 2026
Salary of £27,250 gross per annum
Deliver training sessions on recruitment of cadets and volunteers
Develop growth and recruitment tools
Promote flexible volunteering strategies
Assist with social media management
Empower volunteers to create growth plans
Support funded outreach projects
