Project Manager - Remote

Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. He/She will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

In Short

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
• Serve as a liaison between project teams and senior management.
• Implement continuous quality control measures.
• Allocate and manage project resources.
• Monitor the progress of backlog items.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and project demos.
• Provide hands-on support for project planning, execution, and closure.
• Assess project performance and offer recommendations for improvements.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in tech, MSP, or SaaS.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile project management certification preferred.
• Experience using project management tools and CRM software.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
