Overview

As a Marine Field Service Technician, you will maintain marine diesel engines that power essential industries while being part of a company focused on cutting-edge technology and continuous training.

In Short

• Full-time remote position with travel up to 75%.
• Salary range of $43.00 - $53.00 per hour plus additional field pay.
• Sign-on bonus of up to $5,000.00.
• Work on MTU engines and provide diagnostics and repairs.
• Maintain service records and assist in training apprentice technicians.
• Travel both domestically and internationally as required.
• 3+ years of experience in marine engine repair preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with MTU, John Deere, CAT, Cummins, FTP, and Volvo Penta preferred.
• Strong laptop/PC skills for diagnostics.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical issues and read service manuals.
• Valid driver's license and passport.
• Own set of mechanic tools.
• Ability to complete company training.
• TWIC card is a plus.
