Requirements

• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
• Experience in large enterprise settings preferred.
• Understanding of back-office operations.
• Familiarity with data tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience with Agile-at-scale frameworks.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
