Overview

As a Senior Scrum Master at Amgen, you will drive Agile execution and continuous improvement within Scaled Agile (SAFe) environments, facilitating Agile ceremonies and coaching teams to deliver high-value solutions efficiently.

• Act as a Scrum Master within a Scaled Agile (SAFe) environment.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as PI Planning and Sprint Reviews.

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 4-6 years or Bachelor’s with 6-8 years in Computer Science or related field.
• SAFe Certified Scrum Master or related certification.
• Experience as a Scrum Master in Agile and SAFe environments.
• Deep understanding of SAFe principles and Agile coaching.
• Proficiency in Agile project management tools (JIRA, Rally, Azure DevOps).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to coach and mentor Agile teams.
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile Quality Assurance.
• Excellent analytical and fixing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully.
