Requirements

• Minimum 5 years work experience as a Scrum Master.
• Strong technical background in software development processes.
• Proficiency in Asana for project management.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is a plus.
