Overview

We are looking for an enthusiastic Senior Scrum Master to join our technology team, which is dedicated to building exceptional products in restaurant technology using modern technology.

In Short

• Serve as a servant leader for the Scrum team
• Expert in Agile and Scrum best practices
• Support Product Owner in backlog management
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies
• Track and communicate Agile metrics
• Promote continuous improvement
• Protect the team from distractions
• Identify and escalate risks and roadblocks
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Product Owners
• Continuously learn new facilitation approaches

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
• 7+ years of relevant work experience
• Agile or Scrum certifications (e.g., CSM, CSPO)
• Experience with Application Lifecycle Management tools (e.g., Jira)
• Track record of delivering complex software projects
• Technical software knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Self-starter attitude
• Deep knowledge of tools like Jira and Azure DevOps (nice-to-have)
• Spanish proficiency (nice-to-have)
