Overview

As a Senior Scrum Master at HostGator, you will promote agile culture and continuous improvement within the company, optimizing delivery flows and facilitating agile ceremonies.

• Support planning with PMs, developers, and Tech Leads.

• Communicate plans and status to stakeholders.
• Support teams with best practices and agile tools.
• Contribute to prioritizing incidents and projects.
• Work with multiple teams and projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Administration, or related fields.
• Certification in Scrum, Kanban, or Lean.
• Solid experience as a Scrum Master.
• Organized and analytical mindset.
• Intermediate or advanced English proficiency.
• Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and Excel.
• Understanding of upstream/downstream processes.
• Certifications like CSM, SSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO, or KMP are a plus.
