Quality Control Support Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Quality Control Support Specialist ensures that all materials and substances in our products are manufactured, processed, tested, packaged, stored, and delivered in compliance with strict quality standards and regulatory requirements.

In Short

• Conduct laboratory investigations with lab technicians.
• Independently investigate complex deviations or out-of-specification (OOS) events.
• Create hypothesis protocols, reports, and investigation reports.
• Implement Quality Mid Term Planning (QMTP) at the site.
• Prepare and visualize data from electronic systems (Excel, LIMS, SAP).
• Take on projects as part of internal initiatives or inspection measures.
• Support and participate in internal and regulatory inspections.
• Draft and revise SOPs and documents.
• Continuously analyze laboratory processes to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with GxP guidelines and EHS requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in chemistry or a natural science (FH or university).
• Systematic approach and good organizational skills.
• Accuracy, versatility, punctuality, and attention to detail.
• Affinity for electronic systems and data analysis (Excel, SAP, LIMS, Power BI).
• Excellent teamwork skills.
• Very good German and basic English skills, both spoken and written.
• Proficient in MS Office.
