Quality Control Specialist - Remote

We are looking for a Quality Control Specialist to join Element Fleet Management. As the largest pure-play fleet manager in the world, we provide unmatched products and services and solutions to our clients.

In Short

• Handle transactional responsibilities and manage physical damage spend
• Provide clients direct line of sight to how and why money is spent
• Provide actionable insights on physical damage in real time to client contacts
• Attend client meetings and business reviews as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Educate internal stakeholders on best practices regarding the Collision Repair industry
• Analyze incoming estimates and photos for safety and cost-effectiveness
• Make spending decisions and recommendations for vehicle repairs
• Identify savings opportunities regarding fleet vehicle selection
• Communicate with clients on repair intricacies
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the Repair team

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred
• Minimum 3 years experience in automotive service industry; collision industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of vehicle anatomy and repair techniques
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations regarding collision repair a plus
• A Physical Damage Appraiser license or equivalent experience
• I-CAR certification preferred; Certifications/Licenses can be substituted for hands-on experience
